Wrap Around Care

We offer more resident-oriented, structured care, rooted in 12-step recovery programs than other transition houses in the area. Our on-site house manager ensures accountability of residents and can offer more intensive assistance to those residents that need it.

We provide case management for residents to create an individualized goal plan, we connect residents to resources in the community, and work with them to ensure they are meeting their goals. In addition, we offer on site vocational, financial, and life skill training.
